This privacy policy applies to the BOKI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Hoar.in Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes on your device or via the app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion, contact service@hoar.in.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age and does not market the Application to them. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact service@hoar.in for action.
Security
The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes consent to the updated terms.
